Support

The PR that's already green. If something is not working, check these three first. They cover most of what people report.

Check first

Sign-in opens no browser, or the code is rejected
Sign-in asks your editor to reach the Amendr API, then finishes in the browser. If no browser opens, the extension never got through. Check for a proxy or firewall in the way, then run “Amendr: Sign In” again.
The repository does not appear
Amendr only offers packages your own manifests declare, and only repositories the signed-in account can reach. Check that the repo has a package manifest, and that you signed in with an account that has access to it.
Secret storage round-trip fails
Run “Amendr: Run secret storage round-trip check” from the Command Palette. It tells you whether your editor can store a secret and read it back without writing it to disk in plain text. A failure here is a host problem, not an Amendr problem.

Report a problem

Email hello.masgharali@gmail.com. Include your editor and version, the package and version you were upgrading, and the job output if a run failed. Please leave out source code and credentials.

Privacy

The extension reads Git metadata and package manifests so it can work out your repository and your dependencies. It never reads your source code. Anonymous usage counters are off unless you turn them on, and they record no source code, prompts, diffs, errors, file names, or paths.
